Steven Franco

Managing Partner, Founder

Steven is an expert in devising and implementing creative business strategies to maximize property values. He is the Co-founder of Assurance Security Advisors, LLC, and the Founder & President of Rodos Realty Partners and Rodos Realty Advisors. Additionally, he is the Founder & CEO of Beachworx. Steven also serves on various advisory boards and task forces, including Special Operators Transition Foundation (SOTF). His professional experience spans nearly 30 years in commercial real estate. He’s managed the acquisition, development, redevelopment, leasing, and management of commercial properties totaling several billion dollars in asset value and deal transactions.​

REtired Cpt Derek Meyer US Army

Managing Director, Risk Analysis and Insurance Compliance 

Derek was a Green Beret Captain and Special Forces Officer in the U.S. Army. Derek now is a risk consultant specializing in commercial insurance, where he has honed his skills in operational planning and risk mitigation. Derek is also a Fellow of the Special Operators Transition Foundation (SOTF). As a Captain and Special Forces Officer in the U.S. Army, he served in the Green Berets Tiered Counter Terrorism Assault Team and Military Freefall Reconnaissance & Surveillance Sniper Team as Unit Commander bringing a unique blend of tactical and strategic expertise to the table.

Retired Col Austin Moore USAF

Managing Director, Strategic Operations 

Austin is the CEO of the Special Operators Transition Foundation (SOTF), a non-profit organization dedicated to placing former special operators in competitive civilian employment. With a distinguished career, retiring as a  Colonel in Air Force Special Operations, Austin has extensive experience as a Special Operations Pilot and Combat Aviation Advisor. Austin's leadership and innovative approach in supporting former special operators make him an invaluable asset to our security consulting team, ensuring that our clients benefit from his extensive knowledge and strategic insights.​

Trei McMullen PhD

Managing Director, Intelligence and Security 

Trei McMullen, PhD, is a retired Army Senior Counter-Intelligence Agent and a key figure in our team. He is the founder of SYOTOS Security, where he provides state-certified guards (armed and unarmed), executive protection and driver services, drone security, and emergency response consultation. Additionally, Trei founded SYOTOS Technology, offering secure ride-share technology with protection services, and EDGE, which focuses on professional development for service members and veterans. Trei's extensive background in counter-intelligence and innovative security solutions ensures that our clients receive cutting-edge security services and comprehensive protection strategies.​

Warren Strietzel

Managing Director, Real Estate 

Warren Strietzel, is the founder of Streetz Real Estate Advisory, specializing in retail real estate and corporate structure. With extensive expertise in acquisitions, due diligence, property management, and construction management, Warren's background includes leadership roles as Chief Operating Officer at Schostak Brothers & Company and RCG Ventures. He holds CRX and CSM accreditations from the International Council of Shopping Centers and a CCIM designation from The CCIM Institute. Warren earned his Bachelor's in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University and an MBA from Saint Thomas University. His vast experience and knowledge make him a valuable asset to our security consulting team.

  • Planned sensitive missions for the Secretary of Defense, briefed to the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

  • Provided personal protection for high-profile entertainers such as Drake, Chris Brown, and Wiz Khalifa.

  • Secured a contract post-Hurricane Michael to protect $300 million in FEMA assets.

  • Delivered comprehensive venue security for events with over 100,000 attendees, with zero incidents or damage reported.

  • Year-round protection for numerous condominiums, gated communities, residences, and event venues.

  • Previous State Director for Michigan ICSC.

  • Held CRX and CSM accreditations through the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
